Cancellation Policy

For online, in-home, & public location appointments:

• More than 24hrs prior to appointment time - there will be no cancellation fee for rescheduling your appointment. 
  

• Less than 24hrs prior to appointment time - $80 cancellation fee incurred and your session can be rescheduled.
  

Heathcote Valley Community Centre appointments:

• For sessions at Heathcote Valley Community Centre, cancellations received in less than 7 days prior to the appointment will incur a venue rental fee of $30.
  

• Cancellations with more than 7days notice can be rescheduled with no additional fee.
  

No-Show at time of appointment:

• No refund provided
